Do Now
The Outline effect has many uses. The effect itself is very helpful for graphics where it could be used to draw attention to something or create a folder. It's helpful to fill text with a photograph as it creates a cool effect that could be used to advertise a product. For example, the text could be filled with pictures of the product being sold.

Pop Art
This is my Pop Art project done in the style of those famous visionaries in the 60's. There are 64 pictures of David Bowie in the background, each using a different filter effect. Why Bowie? Well, I feel he is a great example of pop art, constantly trying different, unique things that were mystifying to most people. And what better contrast to Bowie than Iggy Pop? They manage to be polar opposites, yet oddly similar. As for why he is a ghost? Well that was a happy accident. I accidentally used a grey mask instead of a black one, and that led to a more transparent image. I really liked the effect, so I kept it.

Matrix Projects
These are four different matrixes each utilizing a different setup and a different color scheme. Clockwise, starting from the top left the color schemes are monochromatic, adjacent, triad, and complementary. Each matrix required three 1 by 1 inch designs, the latter two being variations of the first. My personal favorite is the complementary one in the bottom left.

My first blog post
I'm not quite sure what I should be typing here, so I will fill this with meaningless nonsense about Faygo. Why is it so popular with Juggalos? Does the Faygo make you a Juggalo or does being a Juggalo make you like Faygo? What does it even taste like? Where does one buy Faygo? I've never seen it in any store. So many mysteries about the mysterious Juggalos and their favorite drink.
Juggalos enjoying their favorite beverage. Seriously, though, what does Faygo have to do with rapping clowns? |
